The Wilson Shift 99 V1 is part of Wilson's latest rackets series, the Shift. The versatile rackets in this series are suitable for "All Courters," who play on all parts of the court. These rackets were developed based on feedback from tennis players around the world.This racket has a medium weight of 315 grams that provides plenty of control. The balance point is 315mm and the medium racket blade (645cm²) provides a good balance between power and spin. The applied FORTYFIVE° technology provides more comfort and increased stability. An important improvement is the Sweet Spot Channel, which provides extra power and less ball distortion, giving the racket a more aerodynamic look. Furthermore, the Crush Zone offers a larger hot spot, allowing the ball to stay on the strings longer, resulting in more feel and power.
